Digitação de Quebra no Xubuntu 12.04

Eu instalei o Ubuntu 12.04, e detestei tanto a nova interface que mudei para o Xubuntu com o sudo apt-get install xubuntu-desktop.

Muito feliz com isso até agora. Mas a quebra de digitação que eu sempre costumava ter feito é parte do gnome.

Existe um aplicativo de quebra de digitação equivalente no xubuntu?

Existe um equivalente chamado Workrave . Veja a descrição em seu site:

Workrave is a program that assists in the recovery and prevention of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI).
