Certos sites redirecionam para 127.0.0.1. Como faço para corrigir isso?

Facebook e Youtube em particular.

Tentei nslookup o endereço mostra como 127.0.0.1. Verifiquei o arquivo HOSTS, tudo bem. Ran Malwarebytes 'Anti-Malware (não encontrou nenhum problema) e SpyBot Search and Destroy (encontrou 1 problema).

(Não tenho certeza se o Spybot fez essa melhoria), agora o ping do youtube mostra o endereço correto (74.125.71.91), mas o navegador ainda diz:

Connection to 127.0.0.1 Failed 

The system returned:

(111) Connection refused

Tentei ipconfig /flushdns , mas não há alterações.

Comutado para outro usuário, mas os resultados são os mesmos.

Parece que alguém pode estar bloqueando sites na rede (pais? diretor da escola?)
