Apenas uma GPU detectada na Nvidia Quadro NVS 450

Question

Eu criei uma nova estação de trabalho e agora apenas 2 dos 3 monitores estão funcionando. Eu construí o driver nvidia baixando e instalando com ./Nvidia ...

Antes, quando corri nvidia-settings , vi duas GPUs listadas, mas agora vejo apenas uma.

Mais informações revelaram que a segunda GPU no barramento PCI não pôde ser iniciada (log Xorg). Olhando para a saída de dmesg vi:

syslog:Jan 11 09:07:14 alpine kernel: [  703.872917] vmap allocation for size 16781312 failed: use vmalloc=<size> to increase size.

Então, adicionei o vmalloc=256 ao /boot/grub/menu.lst :
