Substituição do Front Page 2003 [duplicado]

Olá. Eu tenho o Microsoft Office 2003 instalado, mas nenhum frontpage está instalado. Eu não sei porque não. Foi uma instalação de OEM.

Alguém pode recomendar uma substituição de código aberto?

O FrontPage agora está descontinuado.

Ele foi substituído por SharePoint Designer 2007

Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer is a free WYSIWYG HTML editor and web design program from Microsoft for SharePoint and other websites and is part of the SharePoint family of products. It is part of the Microsoft Office 2007 family, but not included in any of the Office 2007 suites. The name change, from FrontPage, reflects the emphasis on designing and customizing SharePoint websites, while Microsoft Expression Web is the full-featured successor to FrontPage. SharePoint Designer shares its codebase, UI and HTML rendering engine with Microsoft Expression Web, and does not rely on Internet Explorer's Trident engine, which is less standards compliant.1 One of its differences from the general web design application, Expression Web, is that it does include only SharePoint-specific site templates. O FrontPage nunca fez parte de nenhuma instalação do Office 2003 que eu tenha visto. Desculpe, não posso sugerir um suplente.

O KomPozer é um editor html WYSIWIG decente e de código-fonte aberto, apesar de não replicar toda a funcionalidade do FrontPage.

Eu pessoalmente uso o Emacs para a maioria das minhas necessidades de edição de HTML, mas duvido que é o que você está procurando vindo do FrontPage.
