A unidade falhou. RMA de volta para a WD.
Após a reinicialização do meu SATA 1TB WD1000FYPS (anteriormente era "Drive error") está marcado com 0 mb em 3ware web gui.

PPS Houve um rápido crescimento de "192 Power-Off_Retract_Count" antes de morrer. O disco foi usado em raid, com vários hards da mesma caixa de embalagem de tecido (close id's). Os discos rígidos foram colocados de forma idêntica. Rápido significa quase linear crescer de 300 para 1700 em 6-7 horas. A temperatura máxima foi de 41 ° C. (graças ao monitoramento inteligente da munin)
UPDATE
No PCB do disco rígido (na parte inferior), encontrei contatos com cores incomuns. A maioria das almofadas (não soldadas) é amarela, mas algumas são azuis e outras estão entre laranja e vermelho. A temperatura máxima do drive era de 42 a 43 graus Celsius. As 2 unidades, que estavam ao lado da mortas, são normais, todas as pastilhas não-soldadas são amarelas.
O disco rígido foi usado por 2 anos em RAID com carga bastante grande.
