Eu fiz o upgrade do Xenial para o Bionic, e agora o scp e o sftp não funcionam mais. ssh funciona. Quando tento transferir arquivos de outra máquina para a máquina Bionic, recebo a mensagem:

Eu incluo a saída detalhada das duas sessões.
Como posso fazer o scp e o sftp funcionarem de novo?
