Windows 10 [BSOD]: VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR

Question

eu tenho um problema com meu pc.

Ao jogar um jogo ou ao assistir a vídeos, a tela ocasionalmente congelou por 1-2 segundos ou ficou preta ou ficou verde, mas depois funcionou novamente. Às vezes o PC falhava e nada funcionava mais e eu tive que reiniciá-lo. Depois de instalar uma nova cópia do Windows, o problema piorou. Em vez de congelar, o computador recebe uma tela azul com as informações abaixo.

Eu atualizei todos os drivers, verifiquei a RAM e não consegui encontrar nenhum problema. Eu também mudei a GPU e o problema permaneceu. Mesmo com a outra placa gráfica, o congelamento ocorreu com menos frequência. Minha suposição é que há um problema de hardware com a placa-mãe. Mas talvez eu esteja sentindo falta de algo e você possa me ajudar. Eu apreciaria muito, já que não consigo encontrar nenhuma solução.
