Tempo sincronizado com o NTP no VMware Fusion VM

Eu criei uma VM do Centos 6.9 no VMware Fusion com o Synchronize Time desativado e segui este documento:

No entanto, ainda tenho o problema quando pause & retomar a VM, o relógio ainda está desligado, uma vez que não ressincroniza automaticamente.

Isso é o que eu tenho:

A única maneira de sincronizar o tempo é executar:

service ntpd stop;ntpd -gq;service ntpd start;date

Alguma ideia de como corrigir isso?

Eu decidi não usar o NTP, mas use as ferramentas do Vmware.

vi /etc/yum.repos.d/vmware.repo
