Recebendo SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER ao tentar acessar o Google Analytics

Question

Sempre que tento acessar o Google Analyics, recebo uma mensagem "Conexão insegura".

Mais detalhadamente:

analytics.google.com uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed. The certificate is not valid for the name analytics.google.com. 
Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

Embora eu use o FireFox como meu navegador principal, também recebi o erro no Chrome. Eu suspeito que o problema subjacente pode estar relacionado a um programa antivírus que eu instalei (BitDefender), mas não posso ter certeza. Eu já desinstalei o BitDefender.

O Google Chrome diz o seguinte:

Eu tentei o seguinte:

• Desinstalando o BitDefender e reiniciando meu PC.
• Desativando meu novo AntiVirus e Firewall (Avira)
• Execução de uma verificação com MalwareBytes
• Removendo o cert9.db das pastas de perfil do Firefox

Eu referenciei este e esta questão.

Qualquer conselho sobre como corrigir este problema seria apreciado. Estou executando o Windows 10. .
