Question: I am working in MS 2010. I have several word documents with hyperlinks. The hyperlinks are linked to pdf files that are embedded in the following file tree
RR (root) ---> subfolder ------> subfolder(pdf file)
This document needs to have portability to an external client who will not have access to our internal drives. How can I create a zip folder of the above folder and preserve all links in the word document ?
