Eu preciso instalar e usar o SQL Server 2017 Express Edition.
Eu fiz o download deste link: Microsoft® SQL Server® 2017 Express e instalou a versão básica em C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server .
Eu posso executá-lo e ter acesso a http://localhost , mas devo usar http://127.0.0.1 . E quando eu uso o link . Eu vejo o seguinte:
Bad Request - Invalid Hostname
HTTP Error 400. The request hostname is invalid.
Eu tentei editar meu hosts . Eu fui para C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc , abra hosts e descomente a seguinte linha: 127.0.0.1 localhost

Mas isso não tem efeito. Eu tenho acesso a localhost , mas não em 127.0.0.1 . O pedido ruim.
Eu tentei reiniciar.
O que estou perdendo?
