temos algum problema estranho nós não podemos ssh de um servidor linux para outro servidor apesar do ping estar funcionando
ao depurá-lo, vemos que o ssh está preso em debug1: SSH2_MSG_KEXINIT enviado e não chegou a SSH2_MSG_NEWKEYS recebido
como podemos explicar isso?
até agora nós verificamos o seguinte
porta 22 - está aberta (verificada pelo telnet), o Firewall é parado, o mesmo no iptables
