Estou tentando iniciar um contêiner do Docker usando um projeto do Django no mesmo diretório.

é possível usar
docker-compose run web django-admin startproject newproject .
para iniciar o projeto de dentro do contêiner docker definido no docker-compose.yml

Como você usa o django-admin startproject newproject? de fora do contêiner (ou seja, da linha de comando do docker-machine) e depois copiar o projeto para o contêiner?
Agora, se eu iniciar o projeto dentro do contêiner, o servidor iniciará e eu poderei ver meu projeto na porta correta, mas se eu iniciar o projeto fora do contêiner (mas no mesmo diretório localmente), os contêineres web e nginx não iniciar corretamente.
Estou executando uma máquina docker no Windows 10 versão 1709.
A saída da inicialização do contêiner da web está abaixo, seguida pela saída do servidor sob solicitação.
