Como falar em ambas as portas usando uma placa PCI de porta serial dupla no linux?

Estou usando o MosChip MCS9865. Ele tem duas portas seriais e eu descobri como falar através de uma porta serial usando o comando sudo setserial /dev/ttyS0 uart 16550A . Isso funciona muito bem em uma porta serial, mas agora preciso falar através da outra porta serial. Por alguma razão, não consigo encontrar informações na Internet sobre como fazer isso. Alguém pode me guiar na direção certa? Obrigado.

ADD 1 Talvez eu precise ser mais claro. Eu estou usando uma placa de PC serial dupla similar ou exata como mostrado abaixo. Eu sou capaz de se comunicar com sucesso na porta A e agora estou tentando mudar da porta A para a porta B para testar a comunicação na porta B. Eu não consigo fazer isso. Incremente o número do dispositivo. Para COM1, use ttyS 1 em vez de ttyS0:
