Não consigo estabelecer uma conexão SSH.
Eu corri ssh user%server@host -v e obtive esta saída
OpenSSH_7.6p1, OpenSSL 1.0.2k 26 Jan 2017

debug1: Connecting to gw.cs.huji.ac.il [132.65.116.14] port 22.

ssh: connect to host gw.cs.huji.ac.il port 22: Connection timed out
Estou executando isso no Cygwin no Windows 10. Eu tentei configurar o firewall para permitir "ssh.exe", porta 22 e algumas outras configurações sem sucesso.
Alguém sabe o que fazer?
