Mudamos para o BouncyCastle FIPS versão 1.0.1 e, desde então, o RSAKeyHelper trava por longos períodos de tempo nas VMs do Windows (pilha abaixo).
Tivemos um problema semelhante no Linux que foi resolvido aumentando a entropia (urandom / haveged / etc.)
Existe uma solução semelhante que pode ser empregada para o ambiente Windows?
