O bootloader do Windows 10 foi excluído, não é possível restaurar - bcdboot, bootrec ambos falharam

Esta parece ser uma pergunta bastante regular, mas eu pesquisei a maioria das postagens e tentei praticamente todas as soluções, mas ainda está falhando. Isso pode estar além do reparo devido à minha própria idiotice. A versão curta dos eventos para chegar até aqui foi:

1. Laptop com Windows 10
2. Particionou e instalou o ubuntu.
3. Partição de linux excluída

4. Reiniciado, preso no grub GNU

   

5. Reinicie,F3parainicializaromenu.

6. bcdedit/deletepararemoveroubuntuloader,dealgumaformaconseguiuexcluirasjanelasuma...

Eu tentei seguir várias soluções, como this ou este , bem como quase todas as versões do bootrec / bcdboot Eu posso, mas todos eles falham. Eu também não entendi como isso deveria funcionar, ou fui além de toda esperança. Aqui está exatamente o que eu tentei:

Obtenha o disco de recuperação inicializável do Kyhi em TenForums.com e construa uma unidade flash inicializável com essa imagem (aqui está um tutorial útil: link ) Ao inicializar o disco de recuperação, execute o Macrium Reflect e, em seguida, use o recurso de reparo de inicialização. Isso pode tornar sua inicialização do Linux inoperável, mas deve restaurar o Windows para a inicialização.
