Inicialização lenta após a alteração de alguns componentes de hardware

Eu tenho problema com a inicialização do Ubuntu depois de mudar o gabinete do computador e remover uma placa de rede e um controlador PCI ATA.

Antes disso, começou em alguns segundos:

Feb  1 09:02:20 mkskomp systemd[1]: Startup finished in 3.442s (kernel) + 11.089s (userspace) = 14.532s.

e agora leva quase 5 vezes mais tempo, mais de um minuto:

Feb  5 21:55:19 mkskomp systemd[1]: Startup finished in 58.857s (kernel) + 12.129s (userspace) = 1min 10.986s.

Em syslog não encontrei problemas. Como e onde posso encontrar o que há de errado?

O problema foi com o segundo disco (SDB). Quando mudei a porta SATA, o problema desapareceu.
