Isso parece um problema de RAM. Teste cada módulo RAM sozinho (remova os outros do PC) com memtest86 + para erros. Também execute CPU-Z e certifique-se de que os intervalos de RAM na memória e na aba SPD coincidem. Se você vir uma taxa de comando de 1 (T), mude para 2 no BIOS.
