NAT configuração de IP estático Não é possível efetuar o ping do linux vm a partir do host do Windows

Eu poderia fazer ping do windows do ubuntu vm, mas quando eu pinguei o ubuntu do windows host. Estou recebendo mensagem de erro inacessível.

Do Ubuntu para o Windows

ping impossível do windows para o ubuntu
