Algum texto (não todos) em e-mails é enorme no Outlook

Eu tenho um problema muito estranho ocorrendo com alguns de nossos funcionários quando eles recebem alguns e-mails, partes do corpo do texto são enormes. Quero dizer, como 80pt! Mas o resto do email está OK. Não parece diferenciar entre o corpo principal ou uma assinatura de email e definitivamente não é uma configuração de zoom (porque o resto do email é normal). Eu verifiquei as configurações de formato no Outlook, mas não consigo descobrir.
