Servidor Windows 2016 TP5: ícone de rede cruzada apesar de nenhum problema óbvio

Eu configurei um servidor de laboratório com o W2016TP5 e ele é executado (mais ou menos) bem. O IP estático e a sub-rede parecem corretos, e os servidores DNS e DHCP e um monte de máquinas virtuais Hyper-V Linux parecem estar bem. No entanto, a barra de tarefas mostra permanentemente um sinal "quebrado na rede" (veja a figura). A execução do diagnóstico do Windows não identifica nada de errado. Ipconfig produz o seguinte:

Normalmente, uma cruz vermelha significa que não há conexão física com a rede. É estranho que você tenha esse erro, mesmo se você tiver um endereço IP.

Por favor, tente desativar e reativar o adaptador no servidor.

1.Click Start, [click Run], type regedit, and then press ENTER.

2.Locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL-MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network

3.Right-click this subkey, click Export , and then save the selected branch in a file.

4.Click the Network subkey again, and then delete the Config entry. Do not delete the >Network subkey. The Config entry will be reconstructed when you restart the computer.

5.Restart the computer. You may have to manually turn off the computer.

6.The config key is re-created on the next boot up.
