Existe algum procedimento que possa restaurar meu disco rígido para uma operação confiável?

Algum tempo atrás, meu disco rígido principal começou a ficar muito lento. INTELIGENTE. testes estavam falhando ou dando erros, então eu comprei outro.

Agora, meu disco rígido não está totalmente morto; às vezes funciona e às vezes não responde. Eu não sei muito sobre discos rígidos, ouvi algo sobre consertar / excluir blocos ruins, por exemplo.

Não estou pedindo a ninguém para especular se a unidade pode ser restaurada para a operação normal. Em vez disso, estou perguntando se há algo que eu possa fazer para tentar.
