Eu tenho um disco rígido. Eu estava tentando desfragmentar, e primeira vez o cursor do Windows 7 congelou e todo o resto ficou preto e na segunda vez que ficou uma tela azul (não sei qual era o código). Basicamente não há mais informações para dar.

Você provavelmente tem setores defeituosos no seu disco rígido.

Em um prompt de comando administrativo: chkdsk / R c:

Diga yes para fazer isso na próxima reinicialização. Espere até que você tenha horas de sobra e reinicie e deixe o teste rodar. Talvez antes de ir para a cama.
