Como contornar a limitação do caractere cmd

Eu tenho um script que gera e-mails para mim.

Como você pode ver, a restrição de caracteres da linha de comando é cortada antes que eu possa terminar de gerar o email. Minha pergunta é, existe uma maneira de editar o cmd ou uma maneira de contornar essa limitação?
