Eu tenho 4 discos no servidor, e o sistema está rodando muito lento em algumas máquinas virtuais há algum tempo.

O dispositivo ata4 está morrendo substitua-o AGORA !!! O disco rígido tem setores defeituosos e tentou, mas não conseguiu realocá-los. Isto é provavelmente porque ele usou todos os setores de reposição que tinha. Se a unidade consumiu todos os setores de reposição, é basicamente uma bomba-relógio esperando para sair e perder todos os seus dados.
