Para corrigir isso, eu revejo a versão 1511 "November Update" do DVD usando a opção para preservar arquivos e aplicativos. Isso reparou o problema com o Windows Store.
Minha Windows Store desapareceu desde a última atualização. Eu encontrei estes instruções para reinstalá-lo, mas quando executo o script, recebo este erro:

Aparentemente, a atualização não usa mais essa pasta porque, em seu lugar, existe uma pasta chamada 'Microsoft.WindowsStore_2015.25.5.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe'. No entanto, essa pasta não contém um arquivo chamado AppxBundleManifest.xml e a única coisa na pasta AppxMetadata é um arquivo chamado CodeIntegrity.cat
Encontrei então esta página e executei o comando da seguinte forma:
Add-AppxPackage -register "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsStore_2015.25.5.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\AppxManifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode
Isso resultou em algum tipo de erro de mesclagem:
