ffmpeg erro de corte de vídeo: áudio fora de sincronia

Eu quero poder enviar um vídeo para um servidor e cortá-lo se eu quiser.

Então, primeiro eu codifico:

ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -vcodec h264 -acodec aac -strict -2 -preset slow output.mp4

Então eu tento cortá-lo:

ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -ss 00:30:00 -c copy -t 00:30:00 output.mp4

E as trilhas de áudio e vídeo estão dessincronizadas, o áudio está cerca de 10 segundos atrasado ...

Então, existe uma maneira de corrigir o corte do ffmpeg ou existe outra maneira de cortar vídeo no linux?

Por causa dos quadros-chave, a combinação das opções -ss e -t com -c copy resulta em uma sincronização de vídeo e / ou duração imprecisa.

Melhor é ter um ciclo de decodificação / codificação (embora resulte em alguma perda de qualidade) para obter um melhor tempo. Cortar e converter ao mesmo tempo é uma opção melhor e não tem os contras acima mencionados.
