Eu atualizei meu Ubuntu 14.10 para o Kubuntu 15.04 e como eu pensei que o driver gráfico iria atrapalhar.
Estou procurando um tutorial passo-a-passo sobre como instalar o fglrx no Kubuntu 15.04.
Em 14.04 eu não tive absolutamente nenhum problema. Acabei de baixar o driver da Página Inicial da AMD e compilá-lo e ele funcionou perfeitamente (... até que eu instalei o Wine)
Eu quero instalar isso aqui. Ubuntu 15.04 Catalyst 15.3 Beta instalando via sudo apt-get instala fglrx-updates

Editar: Eu instalei o Linux genérico, mas ainda Blackscreen. Claro que eu purgou o fglrx * antes de reinstalá-lo.

Você pode instalá-lo executando
sudo apt-get install fglrx-updates
De acordo com o log de instalação, o módulo do kernel não é compilado. E você também parece ter um kernel errado para o Kubuntu 15.04. A atualização a partir de 14.10 nem sempre é suave. Essa deve ser a razão.
Isso deve ser corrigido por:
sudo apt-get install linux-generic
