Razão para o ecrã azul: Em palavras simples quando o driver ruim (não compatível com o seu hardware / SO ou buggy) carrega; tente sobrescrever ou acessar a seção do núcleo da memória e o resultado se tornará um erro de tela azul.
Para resolver esse problema, você precisa desinstalar o driver se puder acessar as janelas no modo de segurança ou se não conseguir acessar o Windows no modo de segurança e tentar restaurá-lo para o ponto de restauração mais recente
Obrigado a todos vocês que postaram suas sugestões. O problema provavelmente está relacionado a um problema com o botão de energia do laptop. Tem sido intermitentemente não está funcionando. Eu enviarei meu laptop para a Dell para reparo (no valor de US $ 300,00). Obrigado novamente.
