Os itens SOLD foram removidos da planilha do Excel?

Tentativa de inserir a fórmula em todas as categorias totais na parte inferior para que, quando algo for vendido, destacado em vermelho, o custo / lucro / etc seja removido do total. Aqui está a folha de excel.
