Sessões pendentes estranhas

Eu tenho um HDD externo WD Elements 1TB que tem recebido alguns setores pendentes nos últimos meses, mas de uma maneira aparentemente estranha. Eu olhei em outros tópicos, mas até agora não vi nada semelhante.

Eu uso o Windows e o Linux e, no Windows, uso o HDTune para ler os dados inteligentes. De vez em quando, avisa da Contagem do Setor Pendente: 1.

Bem, eu encontrei um thread que indica que pode ser possível corrigir / testar o setor usando o hdparm no linux. Eu uso testes smartctl para encontrar os setores LBA e, em seguida, use o comando: hdparm - setor de "setor LBA" "dispositivo" para testar o setor que produz "SG_IO: dados de sentido incorretos / ausentes" junto com algum material hexadecimal. O que eu notei é que o setor pendente sempre acontece em grupos. Digamos que o primeiro setor pendente LBA é 1792406056, então os setores 1792406056-1792406063 produzem o mesmo resultado em hdparm. É sempre em grupos de 8 ou mais.

Eu então uso o comando: "hdparm --write-sector 1792406056 / dev / sdb --yes-i-know-what-eu-estou-fazendo" forçar escrever o setor, que eu então tenho que repetir para os próximos 7 setores também (uma vez que foram os próximos 15 setores). Quando eu fiz um teste smartctl e verifiquei os resultados, a Contagem do setor pendente voltou para 0, mas a contagem realocada do setor também era 0, junto com a contagem de eventos realocados, o que me faz acreditar que ela não foi remapeada porque Ele escreveu e leu com sucesso.

Alguém sabe por que isso está acontecendo? Eu verifiquei outros tópicos e os outros sempre falam sobre um único setor ou vários em diferentes lugares. O meu sempre ocorre em grupos de 8 ou às vezes 16, e quando eu uso o hdparm, não há realocações, mas a contagem do setor pendente cai e eu posso ler os setores depois com hdparm, sem problemas. Alguém sabe o que está acontecendo?

De qualquer forma, estou planejando comprar outro disco rígido em breve e já tenho dois outros disponíveis para que eu tenha um backup caso essa unidade falhe.

**The above hdparm was repeated 7 more time till sector 1792406063. The last is the end result. No pending sectors anymore, but no reallocations either.**
