Eu não entendo por que e-mail o reenvio de e-mails enviados como spam. No servidor eu uso o exim e o painel de controle VESTA. Aqui está a fonte do e-mail:

Se você quiser que o encaminhamento funcione, precisará modificar o e-mail. O campo From precisa conter um endereço do qual o servidor de encaminhamento está autorizado a enviar. O campo Reply-to pode conter qualquer endereço. No seu caso, esse seria o endereço do remetente original.
No entanto, não tenho ideia de como você configuraria isso.
