O File Explorer continua travando ao abrir?

Eu tenho visto perguntas semelhantes, mas as respostas não estão ajudando, então aqui está minha pergunta. Eu recentemente mudei o meu trabalho bem o Windows 7 em 10 e ... funciona bem, exceto quando eu tento abrir (arquivo) Explorer em quase qualquer maneira.

Como este parece ser um problema recorrente, tentei algumas coisas:

1. Executar o SFC (todos os arquivos parecem estar bem)
2. Desinstale (e pense em excluir) o driver de gráficos.
3. Dando controle total aos usuários em todas as partições.
4. Não, não uso o AutodeskInventor.
5. O arquivo de despejo está no link .

Neste ponto, tenho que admitir que não sei ler este arquivo, mas espero que seja útil para a resposta, se houver.
