Uso de dados do Windows 8.1 [duplicado]

A pasta WinSXS no meu PC atualmente possui mais de 6,9 GB de dados, que são algumas centenas de arquivos dentro da pasta nomeados como amd64microsoft - ******.

Li e li, mas parece que não consigo encontrar uma resposta confiável nas seguintes perguntas:
