Como obtenho o Mint Menu no meu painel Gnome Flashback no Ubuntu 14.04?

Pelo que vejo na web, parece que deve ser possível instalar o Mint Menu, mas talvez eu tenha sido enganado.

Posso obter o menu Mint para aparecer no meu Painel Gnome no Gnome Flashback?

Se não, existe um menu alternativo que se aproxime da aparência, sensação e funcionalidade do Menu Mint que funcionará no meu sistema?
