Eu recebo um erro quando inicio o xampp

Você pode proibir o endereço IP do seu servidor no console de filtro IP do Filezilla. Então, não será capaz de ouvir o próprio.

Provavelmente você está recebendo o erro devido à porta usada pelo FileZilla por outro programa. Você precisará alterar a porta FileZilla para outra.
