Quando isso acontece, tenho a chance de trabalhar para uma empresa onde cada desenvolvedor obtém um desktop do Windows para trabalhar, sem dar direitos de administrador para executar as coisas como Admin. Por isso eu tentei instalar o "Spring Tool Suite" e depois de instalar que eu tentei iniciar o servidor embutido "Pivotal tc Server Developer Edition v3.0".
Mas recebi a seguinte mensagem de erro: -

Aqui, o servidor tc incorporado não pode criar as instâncias apropriadas do servidor, criando os arquivos necessários.
Recomendamos que eu instale o Spring Tool Suite em um local em que eu tenha acesso total de leitura / gravação.
É possível criar uma pasta nas janelas em que eu tenha o acesso mencionado acima.
Há poucas chances de receber direitos de administrador para o sistema. Neste cenário, como fazer isso, quero dizer como criar um local no meu sistema em que o Spring-Tool Suite poderia funcionar corretamente?
