O adaptador USB sem fio TP-LINK não pode se conectar ao meu roteador

Comprei um adaptador sem fio TP-LINK TL-WN722N e quero conectá-lo ao roteador, mas sempre entendo que não há acesso à rede.

Eu tentei o Diagnóstico de Rede do Windows, mas ele me disse que a solução de problemas não conseguiu identificar o problema.

Eu sei que o problema não é um problema de hardware, porque eu posso conectar a outra rede sem fio, exceto a minha, e também o adaptador sem fio do meu computador pode se conectar ao meu roteador.

O roteador que eu tenho é HUAWEI hg532c .
