Tente alterar o protocolo VPN, de PPTP para L2TP ou OPENVPN. Tente se conectar a alguns outros servidores. Ou talvez você já tenha feito login em outros dispositivos.
Ao tentar se conectar ao vpn, parece falhar quase instantaneamente após a conexão. Os logs abaixo indicam que a resposta da conexão está sendo bloqueada de alguma forma pelo proxy.

Um túnel SSH, no entanto, se conecta bem através do proxy. Qual é o problema? Obrigado
