A tarefa agendada não funciona no Windows 8

Question

Eu tenho esse lote que faz uma tarefa agendada chamando para um script PowerShell e eu não posso fazê-lo funcionar no Windows 8. Ele funciona perfeitamente no Windows 7, mas quando eu usá-lo no Windows 8 ele fica preso. Meu problema é que a tarefa não começa, mas é criada e programada. Quando eu inicio o script do PowerShell sem agendar funciona perfeitamente.

Basicamente estou chamando para um ps1 que muda o papel de parede a cada x minutos. Alguém resolveu um problema como esse?
