Lenovo G500 Bluetooth parou de funcionar

Question

Eu tenho um laptop Lenovo G500. Seu sistema operacional é o Windows 8. Quando eu comprei meu laptop tudo estava funcionando bem. Mas por uma semana, agora o Bluetooth não está funcionando. Eu olhei no 'Gerenciador de dispositivos' e o Bluetooth não foi encontrado lá.

Por que não consigo encontrar o Bluetooth lá? Como posso fazer meu Bluetooth funcionar novamente?

ATUALIZAÇÃO:

Não consigo ligar o Bluetooth através do menu Charms - > Configurações - > Alterar as configurações do PC - > Sem fio. Mas eu posso ligar o WiFi de lá.

Também procurei em 'services.msc' e consegui encontrar 3 serviços relacionados a Bluetooth, dos quais 2 estavam em execução.

Things to check,

 Windows 7
     Press FN+F5 on your keyboard and make sure the Bluetooth status is ON.

 Windows 8
     Pull up the Charms bar

     Select the Settings charm, and then click Change PC settings.

     Select Wireless.

     You can now change the Bluetooth setting to On or Off.


 Check your mouse about paring mode or connect button underneath, (Some mouse has a trigger to pair)
Make sure that the Bluetooth services are started

       Press Windows button +R

               Type services.msc

                    Look for any Bluetooth related services and make sure they are on automatic and running.(system reboot needed after changes)
