Configuração do driver de exibição do GT 720M (Optimus) - Crunchbang Waldorf / Debian Wheezy

Depois de instalar o Crunchbang 11 (baseado no Debian Wheezy) e inicializar pela primeira vez, sou forçado a entrar em um shell, já que o Xorg não inicia com Fatal server error: no screens found .

Meu laptop tem um GT 720M baseado em Optimus. O Nouveau foi instalado automaticamente durante a configuração e parece estar captando a GPU até certo ponto:

Eu tentei instalar o bumblebee e o primus, embora nenhum deles tenha parecido ter ajudado. O Optirun parece falhar ao reconhecer o segundo GPU (embora isso possa ser devido ao Xorg não estar rodando):

Você pode estar melhor com o driver e o primus proprietários da nvidia, apenas verifiquei esta mexendo com meu LiveCD baseado em ALT Linux em um Lenovo B570e inicializado no modo UEFI.

Os laptops mais recentes com o otimus tendem a ter saídas de vídeo conectadas somente à GPU intel, BTW.
