Menu de inicialização dupla congela em qualquer tecla

Tenho o Windows XP e o Vista instalados no meu laptop Compaq Presario. Quando eu inicio meu laptop no menu de inicialização dupla, não consigo selecionar a janela de minha escolha quando pressiono a tecla para selecionar a janela que apenas congela a essa tela e tenho que reiniciar o laptop pressionando a tecla liga / desliga.

Eu sempre tenho que usar o sistema operacional padrão definido (Windows Vista).
