O driver sem fio só funciona depois de conectar o cabo com um BCM4313

Eu fiz o upgrade para o Ubuntu 12.04 esta semana. Eu tive alguns problemas com o meu cartão sem fio. Depois de seguir alguns posts aqui no askubuntu eu consegui que funcionasse de uma maneira peculiar:

Quando eu inicio meu laptop sem o cabo ethernet, fico preso na tela de "carregamento" do Ubuntu enquanto o sistema está inicializando. Diz "Esperando pela configuração de rede". Então fica assim por cerca de 2 minutos e quando ele finalmente inicia, eu não tenho conexão de rede.

No entanto, se eu inicializo com meu cabo ethernet conectado , ele carrega rapidamente e meu wireless funciona bem!

Não sei mais o que fazer, quero que a placa sem fio funcione apesar do cabo Ethernet estar ou não. Então estou pedindo sua ajuda.

Eu rodei "nmcli dev list" em ambos os casos.
