Tutorial de conclusão do SQL sobre o vim

Estou tentando (!) iniciar o tutorial de conclusão do SQL no vim:

Onde estou indo errado?
As alterações em _vimrc poderiam interferir nas coisas? (suspeito que meu erro é mais básico que isso - como não entender <C-C>s !)
