O endereço IP em cache local do Github é diferente do endereço IP remoto esperado

Não consigo fazer uma solicitação "Git pull" sem obter um erro para a chave pública (veja abaixo).

git pull

Permission denied (publickey).

fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

A peça chave que eu noto é esta:

Que de acordo com o hub do Git ( link ) deve ser:

Qual eu acho que é o meu problema, mas eu tentei liberar DNS, alterando os servidores DNS tudo para nenhum efeito sobre como obter o endereço IP alterado. O artigo do Git Hub não oferece soluções se os endereços IP estiverem incorretos, a não ser para verificar a ortografia.

Alguma idéia de como posso resolver meu problema?

(Edit) - as chaves SSH costumavam funcionar há algumas semanas. Já faz um tempo desde a última vez que usei o git nesta máquina.
