Restaurando a linguagem do Windows XP para o original

Eu instalei o pacote de idioma árabe no Windows XP que configurou o PC para estar em árabe.

No entanto, quero agora voltar à configuração original (no meu caso, o idioma francês), mas não sei como fazê-lo. Alguma idéia?

To uninstall a language pack (a.k.a. MUI) from Windows XP you will need to find the original MUI installation files. Within those files there is one called "MUISETUP.exe". Run that file and de-select all the languages you want to remove from your system.
