antes de fazer minha pergunta, levo duas semanas para resolvê-lo, mas não posso.

quando eu executo o virtualbox e tento rodar o windows machine eu tenho esse erro:

quando vou ao terminal e digito virtualbox: esse erro

O motivo pelo qual o módulo não pode ser construído é, como o erro sugere, arquivos de cabeçalho do kernel ausentes.
Instale-os com
sudo apt-get install linux-headers-generic
Ele instalará um meta-pacote que sempre aponta para os cabeçalhos mais recentes do kernel no repositório. Se um novo kernel estiver disponível e instalado durante uma atualização do sistema, os cabeçalhos apropriados também serão instalados automaticamente.
Depois, tente instalar novamente os módulos vboxdrv .
Eu resolvi o problema, eu reinstalo o virtualbox-dkms e reinicio o pc
sudo apt-get --reinstall install virtualbox-dkms
