Como um bom namorado e especialista em TI, eu queria ajudá-la a montar seu novo ultrabook.
Muito em breve, notei que o sinal wifi não é muito strong e lento quando conectado e parece ser um problema sério.
Durante os testes, vi muitas quedas e tentativas de reconexão, enquanto estava conectado ao wifi.
A conexão de internet doméstica tem uma conexão WAN de 30Mbits, estes são os resultados do novo notebook:
1 to 5 meters from here wifi access-point: Max speed = 55KB/s
+ 5 meters = NO CONNECTION
com meu laptop de 8 anos (executando linux)
1 to 5 meters from here wifi accespoint: max speed = 2MB/s
+ 5 meters = 500KB ~ 1MB/s
+ 10 meters = Max 500KB/s
Após algumas pesquisas na internet, cheguei ao Fórum da Comunidade Lenovo.
Neste fórum muitas pessoas reclamam do mesmo problema.
O único post da Lenovo foi o seguinte:
Hi. Thanks for posting your findings, really appreciate it, may i know the manufacturing >date of your machine? Previously the issues we had required users to send their machine in for a card replacement. This issue only affects systems meeting the following criteria:
- IdeaPad U410 manufactured on or before July 22, 2012
IdeaPad U310 manufactured on or before July 30, 2012
If the system meets the above criteria, check the wireless behavior using the following method: If wireless throughput is slow, moving the system very close to the router will increase throughput to normal levels. As the system is moved farther away from the router, throughput levels will begin to drop. If the notebook is moved to a different room with a number of walls between the notebook and the router, throughput will drop to very low speeds

Possível solução que já tentei:
Driver updates
Driver remove and reinstall
BIOS update
Por enquanto nenhuma solução, exceto por um adaptador mini usb wifi.
Mas eu quero manter essa solução como PLAN Z, eu quero que seja consertado porque minha namorada pagou (700 €)
Esta noite eu vou voltar para a loja onde ela comprou.
Mas a loja é conhecida por termos não reembolsáveis.
Alguma sugestão?
No meu caso, meu wifi do lctop diminui de 10m para 4m.
Eu encontrei a solução para resolver por
essa magia minha velocidade de wifi teste até 10m como lan pc.

Eu recomendo tirar essas peças de plástico. Eu não entendo e porque, mas funciona bem.
